Default Cellulite

I was wondering if any of you had used any products to treat cellulite and if you had any luck with them. I am feeling a bit squishy still even though I have dropped a few more lbs. I hate when I go running and see everyting dimple and jiggle.

None of those products work. Don't waste your money. Just keep up the running ... I feel your pain on the jiggling ... so I started riding my bike. The only thing that can tighten you up unfortunately is exercise. (I hate exercise but I force myself to do it almost every day and am seeing a difference).

I was worried that the exercise wouldn't make it any better, it's a relief to know that it will. I'll hang in there. My knee has been bothering me pretty bad lately so I think I'm going to have to find something else besides running.

You might try pilates. I LOVE IT. It really works me out without bulking me up. Long lean musles.

And it is not like yoga (tho it incorporates some yoga moves) you will actually break a sweat.
