am i bothering everyone...im sorry if i am
but in the meat and egg program, can i have mustard? if you are doing it, or you did do it. can you let me know

I think you can have mustard on any low-carb eating plan. Even a low-fat plan.

Mustard's good. Just avoid the fancy dijon that's made with wine - read the labels if you're a dijon fan and choose one without the wine. Regular mustard's fine too. A lot less fattening than mayo or blue cheese dressing, that's for sure.

Hot sauce is a good bet too - I like Frank's Louisiana Hot Sauce on just about anything.

Meat and egg does allow for spices and seasonings. Think of it more as a very low carb plan, where instead of aiming for 20 g carbs each day, you try to keep it under five.

I use mustard in my deviled eggs and in tuna fish. It makes a big difference.

I am also a meat and egg only eater-and yes condiments are allowed-including mustard,mayo..etc. We have a page for M/E on buddies and challenges.
