I just use fitday.com Go to a new day and enter all the food amounts you used. Then enter the information from that day as a custom food with however many servings. For the nutrition part, just click on "Am I meeting my nutritional requirments" under the reports section.

I use both fitday and MasterCook (program I purchased), so I can save my recipes.
