Default can't sleep

Hi y'all!!
Have any of y'all not been able to sleep while on induction? My usual bed time is 10:00 and the time of me writing this is 12:40!! UGH!! My poor husband kept saying "what's wrong", so I finally left the room and here I am asking y'all about it. Strange thing, this is. I can ALWAYS sleep!!

His,
MrsTU

Hi MrsTU:

Yep...I also went through a period (first 2-3 weeks) where I was SO high-charged...could not sleep properly, tossed and turned...too much energy...strange and different feelings in my chest like a cement block was sitting on me...etc...and all from the adjusting to a low carb life and carb withdrawal and the massive metabolic changes my body was experiencing.

I can tell you that if you perservere, get through the first 2-3 weeks...it does stop! I sleep pretty darn good now, and in fact, better then before low-carbing began!

Hang in there!
Very best wishes;
Happy Jake
