Red face Hellooo

I am amazed that America is so reluctant to accept this lowering of Cholesterol as quoted in this article and any other number of studies.. I have come to the conclusion that like the wars the US participates in this reluctance is driven by the media which is driven by the advertizing machine which has invested a large amount of money in "Low-Fat" products and advertising.

It cannot be any simpler than looking at the US population now after a decade of the "Low Fat Life" to see that clearly it is not an appropriate option for good health. Any nation that calmy looks on as diabeties medication is advertized on cable every third add is in trouble!

Come on US it is sooooo simple, don't eat sugar!!! or anything that has sugar in it, on it, under it or that the body interprets as being it (carbs). The chemistry is simple and the out comes are documented.

Darn it how frustrating.

this is the article I read. Of course it really only revises all we know. I know I am preaching to the converted but it really is so nice to vent! Sorry.
