You don't necessarily need to do a full blown induction unless you think you need it to control cravings and get your habits back into check. If you come out of ketosis, the easiest way to drop back in is to take a few days of low level carbs (30 or below should do it) and you should be back in fat burning mode.
Just out of curiousity... are you sure you're out of ketosis (like ate a piece of cake ) or might be according to the sticks? If it's according to the stick and you're doing everything right, you may not be out of ketosis. Those are infamously unreliable and could be altered by defects, how much water you drank, fat you ate, vitamins, etc.
If ya fell off the wagon a bit, just pick yourself up and eat a steak!
