What % of your diet should come from fat, protein, and carbs? Today I had 32% from fat, 42% carbs, and 26% protein. Also how would you know before hand, would you have to plan days ahead?

Hi,

I'm doing Atkins, so don't know about Sugar Busters, but with Atkins the ratios are approx. 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs. Is it different for Sugar Busters? Your carbs look awfully high.

Smile Suggestion for planning ahead...

LB Dropper -

I started on Sugar Busters but am doing more Atkins now. I found that the amount of "legal" carbs I could have was stalling me.

But as far as planning ahead, you can go to www.fitday.com and track what you eat. I usually plan out my menu a day ahead, I input my next day's menu into the website and I can tell if I am going to be on track for the following day.... just a suggestion!

Good luck, hope this helped.
