Hey Flyguy --

In his post "how to get started", Dan recommends Bodybuilding Basics by Robert Kennedy. Why don't you use the search feature to find answers to some of your questions before flooding poor Dan with requests?

In the past 6 weeks you've made fifteen posts like this asking for help and advice. You have received 41 thoughtful responses, none of which you have ever responded to. It takes people time to type out personal responses to all your questions. It would be nice of you to thank them or to at least acknowledge that you read their replies.

Allison
