Dr. A says "exercise is non-negotiable". Personally, I think it helped me lose inches even though the weight loss was slow. Also helped reshape my body. I am not a "gym-rat", BTW. I just use a treadmill and exercise bike at home, and try to exercise 30-45 mins, three or four times a weeks. Some swear by tough routines...whatever works for you is what you should do. And I started off slowly on Induction. I think if you do too much, too fast, you are more likely to just quit altogether. Some folks say they have never exercised and have been very successful. Again, whatever works for you.
