Default Percentages?

I can't find the percentages for fat to protein to carbs in the book anywhere and I know I have read them once. Can anyone help me. Today my percentages were Fat 67%, Carb 2%, Protein 31%. I need to know if this is good and calories were 1600. I have been in a serious stall for over 3 weeks and can't figure it out. And no I am NOT losing inches. I have only lost a total of 3 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks doing induction the whole time and in ketosis all the time too, no cheating what so ever.

Your percentages look good. You want to shoot for about 65-70% fat, 25-30% protein, and about 5% carbs. Calories look adequate too. You may just need to give your body time to drop the pounds. Stick with it and it will work, slow and steady wins the race (unfortunately )
