Hope you are all well and the scales are going in the right direction.

I'm going on holiday 9 weeks today (hurray) . I 've been on atkins since Feb and had been losing upto 2 lb per week some weeks just 1 lb or staying the same, it has now slowed down and I want to lose as much weight as possible now before I go, I have cut out fizzy pop and stick to just water and I have been taking Atkins accel for the past week, I have got on the scales (thursday) and to my surprise I have lost 2 lb, my weigh day is monday do you think it's the Atkins Accel or the water or both of them together, I need to buy some more today, so I would like somebody's opinion, if anybody has found that they help speed up there weight loss, just so I can get my weight down for going away.

I'm going to Orlando Florida, Is it possible to stay close to the diet whilst I'm there as not eating meat and also been on atkins I think i might struggle, where would you recommed i eat, we normally have the normall bad stuff but this time I don't want to put all of the weight back on I don't mind putting a bit on.

First let me say I hope you really enjoy your vacation. My family went to Orlando last year for a week and we really loved it!
I started taking Accel about 3 weeks ago and after the first few days, I dropped 2lbs but have not really dropped any great amount since then. I am still taking it because I like the energy I feel with it. I wouldnt say that it has helped with my weight loss though because it has not increased the amount that I am losing. I have still been averaging about 1-1/2 lbs a week. I bought another bottle though and I am going to try it for another 2 weeks and see what happens. After that, I may just do without it since I have not seen any dramatic increases in weight loss.

I tried it, never noticed a difference expect sometimes it made me jumpy, my weight is still coming off very slowly now and I have not noticed a change since I stoped taking it.
