Anyone know what you average?

Anyone know what your blood sugar level averages when your in ketosis? Also is there anyway you can predict wether or not you're in ketosis by your blood sugar level?

I was a gestational diabetic when I had my kids so I have a meter to test my levels. And every once in awhile I just test them anyways because after I had my kids the doctor said I was borderline diabetic. However since I started thiw WOE my blood sugar levels have dropped from the 100's to around 60+. If anyone has any input it'd be great.
