Post power of 10/weider crossbow

Hi All - First time contributer/long time reader.

Has anyone combined the Power of 10 exercise's with the Weider Crossbow? Just trying to figure out the best exercizes to combine with this machine.

Thanks- TAS113

I use the SuperSlow method (same as Power of 10) and my Weider Crossbow. Works well for me. Do you have specific concerns or ideas you want to banter around?

Just an idea of which exercises work well for other people that do have a Crossbow and are doing exercises based on Power of 10/SuperSlow methods. Basically, an all body workout that would work well with the Power of 10 and the crossbow. As usual, some exercises might work better for some than others. I just wanted an idea of what others are doing.

Thanks- TAS113

OK. Here is my once a week routine, give or take a few exercises, depending on how I feel. My routine, in no particular order here is as follows:

Chest Press
Shoulder Press
Chest Fly
Bicep Curl
Tricep Pushdown
Seated Row
Lat Pulldown
Lateral Raise
Reverse Fly
Ab Twist
Calf Raise
Crunches

I don't work my legs because I do the elliptical trainer 5 days a week and feel like that's enough for the quads. I am also recovering from a herniated L5 S1 disk, so don't want to push it by doing squats or anything.

3x/week I also do a 20 minute Pilates routine.

This may seem like a lot to do (especially if trying to adhere to SuperSlow) but I am training for a marathon and need to get my cardio up. I do Pilates to try and recoup the old back. Otherwise, I would probably just stick to SuperSlow.

Good luck!
