That's all you ate? Or are you only putting in a bit of your menu? If thats what you ate all day you need veggies and fat. I have a free account at fitday(link is at the bottom of this post.) It tells you what I eat in a day and how my foods are nuitritionally balanced. You should eat 70% fat,25%protein and 5% carb. That is ideal but a little hard to do on induction. your carb count is lower on induction. Feel free to search other peoples journals. I used to keep my menu in my journal so you can go there and scroll back. I hope I was a little helpful at least. And Congrats on the weight loss so far.
