be patient and your body will balance out to the weight it should be. The current standards of "beauty" for women are far too thin for health, and unfortunately most of us judge ourselves by those.
Eat plenty of LC veggies, healthy meat, eggs, some cheese, nuts, and seeds. Don't go hungry. Drink water and nothing but water...and in six months, whatever the scale says is what you should weigh for optimal health.
