Hi Sharon,
You want to be pretty "good" on your induction, but in those "gotta have it cravings" SF jello with REDI-Whip (the good stuff in a can) is less than 1g of carbs. The other one that saved me a couple times is whip cream in a glass, then you pour in ice cold diet root beer (voila' Ice Cream Float). Stay away from the "net carbs" foods. Read the nutrition labels and ONLY subtract fiber.
Even sugar free gum stalled me in the beginning (sugar alcohols). Now I read labels closely.
