Hey miss cranky pants,

Well I figured that there is 16 tblsp in a cup, so it would be 16 grams of carbs per cup.

Hope that helps. I really must confess, I didnt figure it out all on my own! I have a magnet on my fridge, and it has the breakdowns on it.

Good luck!

Shannon

Default ok well

heavy cream
there are 4 tablespoons in a 1/4 cup 8 tablespoons in a half cup and 16 tablespoons in a cup

1 tablespoon is 15 mL 1 ounces is 30 mL so 2 tablespoons equals 1 ounce

a cup is eight fuiid ounces

fitday counts a whole cup of heavy cream at 7 carbs and 1 ounce at 1 carb so 1 tablespoon is .5 carb

half cup is 3.5 carbs
1/4 cup is 2 carbs

if your carton says 0 its not true and if it says 1 per tablespoon they are rounding up
