Exclamation Super newbie question!!

I'm going to pick up the book tonight. I need an exercise routine and this sounds good so far, but....

Does this really work? Do you see a change? Feel a change? I can stick with a routine if I feel its gonna work for me.

Can someone give some advice?

Thanks

Default hi

Hi Tanzia77 -- and welcome!

I am almost at the end of week 4 of my first challenge and have really started to feel a change over the past week or so -- I am actually looking forward to my workouts and pushing myself to hit my 10s. I think it probably varies how quickly people notice a change in how they feel... the first couple of weeks I had a hard time because I wasn't sure I was doing it "right", and I wasn't following the nutrition plan 100%... but I think I am hitting my stride now.

It might help you to read through the journals of some of the folks doing BFL... I know it has helped me!
