I use the French's mustard too, sorry I don't know the carb count. I've been using it almost everyday. I think you'll be OK. BTW, the Heinz One Carb is the BEST!

I believe it is so small that I don't worry about it. I mean, how much mustard can you eat? The ingredient list is:
Distilled Vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika, spice, garlic powder.

Here's their website with info:
http://www.frenchsfoodservice.com/f....asp?prod_id=34

Fitday.com says:"
Nutrition Facts ~

I actually was never a ketchup fan 'til I tried the Atkins Ketch-a-Tomato, now I LOVE it. But only the Ketch-a-Tomato(ketchamato as i call it). It has a stronger, spicier flavor than regular ketchup. Absolutely divine mixed with mayo!
I tried some Walden Farms ketchup stuff and almost spit, it was nasty. I tossed the whole brand new bottle(like $4) in the trash immediately.
DH liked Gludens "spicy brown" mustard, it says 0 carbs per tsp. But if you use more, like a Tbs, of any mustard I'd probably count it as 1 carb. Fitday.com has "mustard" listed as 0.23 carbs per tsp.

Enjoy!
=)

Rule of thumb...if something says 0g you either count .5g at the least, or even better, count 1g. Companies can legally state 0g of carbs even if it is .99g!

I count .5g personally, and if a label says "less than 1g", I still count 1g.

Boring stat...

French's is 100 years old this month. It was introduced at the ... St. Louis?... World fair in 1904, along with hot dogs and ice cream cones.

I have to agree with Cori - I also quite like Atkins Ketch-a-Tomato. It's one of the only low-carb packaged foods I like.
But there is nothing better that a sliced hot dog/bratwurst dipped in hot mustard...mmmmm...sounds like lunch!
