Cool Good News to Share

I have good news to pass on to all. I had my cholesterol checked last week, and I just got a call from my DH, who got a call from the doctor. Guess what, my bad cholesterol has dropped 36 points!!!!! The nurse said that it still needs to come down more, at least another 26 points.

So, to all of the new people out there that are concerned about LC being unhealthy here is a little proof from a real person. I started LCing in Sept. and have lost 20lbs. I still have around 10 to go, but have hit a stall. I have not lost anything for the last 6 weeks. With this good news I realize that I feel better and proof positve I am getting healther. So if the last 10lbs comes off slow that is ok, this is a way of live, not a diet.

And it has finally quit raining, the sun is shinning!!!! Two good things in one day!

Congratulations on the lowered cholesterol. You should also check on your ratios. They've probably improved more than your drop. That's just as important.
