Honestly kiddo, you sound like you are feeling funky. What are you going to change?

Yeah... I realize that it's probably not necessary to go nearly zero carbs, but I do seem to get in faster that way. The first week, it took me about 4 days! Last time I did VERY low carbs and got in by 3 days. A day longer in ketosis is good enough for me. LOL
As for what I'll do----dunno. I may be doing too much still?? Is there really such a thing? I don't train like west or trainerdan, but I do a REALLY hard workout for "me." I push hard and follow the BFL principles, though I use the CKD schedule for the most part now. When I try to get through my dance practices, I get pooped out pretty quick.
Hey, did you catch it in the book about having FRUIT before the depletion workout????? That just about blew my mind. I asked Lyle about it and he responded...with the affirmative! It's not a large quantity, but still....surprised me! Here I was working out on an empty stomach. Oh, and the mention on the other board about post w/o carbs not counting! Have you figured that one out yet? I'm not completely done with the book yet.
Thanks, Doug, for the concern, and the help. Much appreciated!
How's your diet and w/o's going these days??
