Just found this site, glad to see I am not alone out here in the maritimes for fellow Low carber's . I am stuck at a 40 lb loss and my husband is leaving with the military in two weeks, so I am worried that I will be turning to the fridge for company . Anyone willing to buddy up, I sure would be greatful. I am going to need someone to be honest with about what I am eating to keep me on the straight and narrow. Hope we can be of help to each other.
