Needing a stern buddy....
 

Just found this site, glad to see I am not alone out here in the maritimes for fellow Low carber's . I am stuck at a 40 lb loss and my husband is leaving with the military in two weeks, so I am worried that I will be turning to the fridge for company :nono:. Anyone willing to buddy up, I sure would be greatful. I am going to need someone to be honest with about what I am eating to keep me on the straight and narrow. Hope we can be of help to each other.

You are stalled at 40? Sheesh that sounds a little familiar. I've been sort of stalled for years at about 50. I've only this year gotten serious enough to lose an additonal 9 , no 10, no 11! Nine until a couple of days ago anyway.

UtahKat has been helping me keep on track, and so it was back to induction for me. That AND Body for Life. And 2 pounds of NEW losses!

Sometimes when one thing doesn't work you have to try something new.
