palpitations
I am 41 years old but I have noticed these horrible heart problems for about seven years now. I went to a cardiologist and he said I have PSVT and sinus arrhythmia. But RARELY do I have these arrhythmias unless I have eaten a high carb. What's weird is if I eat some candy, it really doesn't bother me. But when I eat flour, bread, pastas, rice, etc., WHOA!! I KNOW I read the medical reason for these arrhythmias somewhere [pertaining to high carbs] but I just can't remember what it said or where I read it. Doggone it! I am pregnant right now, too. I have PCOS, so it's really hard for me to get pregnant. I have a 20 year old daughter, and an eight year old son. It took me twelve years to get pregnant with him. And it took me eight years to get pregnant with this little girl I'm carrying. Oh well, better late than never!! Anyway, my pregnancy hormones seem to exxagerate the heart palps quite a bit, which isn't fun. But when I eat carbs....what a miserable time I have. I hope somebody can help me with the answers I'm seeking.
Love, Kristy
