Default When do you consider yourself stalled?

This may be a stupid question, but when do you consider yourself "stalled"?

I've lost about a pound every three days or so since I started Atkins about
three weeks ago, but did not lose anything in the last three days.

Could this be a stall? I currently weigh myself twice a week; should I just weigh myself once a week so as not to obsess?

Thanks in advance for any advice:)

Congratulations on your loss so far!

A stall is 4-6 weeks with no inches or pounds lost. 3 days is nothing!

Your stats say you haven't got much to loose, and the last 10 pounds (which you are almost at) are the hardest to get rid of.

If you wonder about stalls there is this super link right here where Doreen has listed what is/what isn't and what to do about it. I found it very helpful. Good luck to you !

Hi Nille,
Thank you for that website. I was so depressed this morning and angry. The first 5 weeks on Atkins I lost 23 lbs. I felt great. I weighed in this morning and for the 3rd week in a row the scale hadn't moved. HOWEVER, I lost more inches! It was reassuring the read that I am still doing great.
