Angry Popcorn??

I went to the movies yesterday, and since we didn't get a chance to go to lunch first (long story), I was very very hungry...like...painfully hungry. I didn't bring along any jerky or nuts like I meant to, so I ate about 1.5 cups of popcorn. I know this is not allowed, but I was about to pass out if I didn't eat.

This morning, I was still in ketosis...dark pink!
I find this odd.

Well, if you did not go way over your CCL than you are probably safe (lucky you) But sometimes the affects of a carby item does not show up till 48 hrs. Hopefully you will not fall out of ketosis and it won't hurt you ... this time. What movie did you see btw?

Yeah it seems that my CCL is much higher than I think. I am at 40 carbs per day at this point and still losing weight.

As for the movies, we saw Charlies Angels II. My boyfriend was in heaven, he loves those ladies. And it was a cute, funny actionpacked movie

Maybe all the extra butter helped you a little. You did ask for extra, right?

Oh boy---I miss theater popcorn.

Most theaters have hotdogs. I order my $3.50 without the bun and slather it with mustard. Expensive way to go-but it works when I haven't had a chance to pack my nuts and pepperoni sticks.

I like taking the mozzarella sticks by Kraft, they are called string-ums. They are really good.

Just so you know, there are not that many carbs in popcorn. A cup of oil poped popcorn has only about 5 grams net... So, you probably only ate like 7.5 g, not a big deal! Glad the movie was fun!

WOW, really? i read somewhere that it had like 22g....ahh but it must not have taken into consideration the fiber? FANTASTIC. now i don't feel bad at all, as even 15 carbs wouldnt have put me over my daily intake.
thanks!

also, yes...string-cheese and pepperoni is my favorite snack. thanks all
