Make sure that U are consuming more of the calories with your fat intake than protein and of course the carb calories are really low. I was never too concerned how many calories i was taking in at 1st..then one day I started to add them up. I was blown away because most days I was eating and still eating 2000-2500 a day!At 12X my weight I should be eating min 1720 but I always go way over that... cool huh? lol
