The origional recipie came from www.wildernessfamilynaturals.com

Unfortunetly they redid thier web page to where I can no longer find it there. I still buy thier coconut and coconut oil however, since it is a really high quality and tastes amazing.

The way I do my coconut bark is very quick and easy.

Melt some coconut oil in the microwave or in a sauce pan. Once melted add sweetners and cocoa powder to taste. Mix that all in, then add enough unsweetened, dried coconut to make it have body. Spread in a shallow pan or pie dish, and place in fridge till hard.
