Question Fitday questions

I have noticed that some people have their vitamins listed on their fitday journals. But can't seem to figure out how to do it?? Any help?

Also when I enter my atkins bars It says my calories don't add up right. So I just put down the 2 carbs that "count" instead of the 17 total carbs.
Anybody have any suggestions?

You just make a custom food and only add the title of what supplement you want the just hit save custom food. As for the bars you have to tweek them becasue the say the calories don't add up, I did what you did and just put the net carbs in for the carb count insted of the total carb count.

I just enter my vitamins as a custom food. The reaosn for doing this is under the Reports link you can select one for nutrient requirments. It helps to see if you are getting too little or too much of certain nutrients. When I was taking my prenatals I was getting over 2000% of some things. Switching multis helped.

What I do in the case of bars is count the complete carbs just in case. What else you can do is enter the carbs and calories right, then play with the alcohol amount until the calories add up right.
