Default Anyone taking Plaquenil?

Just wondering if anyone here is taking or has taken plaquenil while low-carbing. My weight loss has really slowed down since I had to go back on plaquenil in May. I also don't seem to be making as much progress in the gym like I had been before going back on this.

Another observation........my body fat percentage at this weight seems to be higher since being on plaquenil than in previous years at this weight without the medication.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Brenda

I don't know what that drug is for, but you are so close to your goal that the rate of loss was going to slow anyway. It is actually a good thing to lose the last pounds slowly so that you really get into the habit of low carbing, because that is how you should eat for the rest of your life. Of course, there will be birthdays, Christmas and other holidays with special carby foods but Lifetime Maintenance will give you control of regaining. I hope you won't go back to your old carby eating or you could soon regain.

How did you measure the BF % ? The method could be the difference. Exercise will help tone and firm the body's muscles when the weight is lost.

Congratulations on being so close to your goal.
