This thread, Fitday.com How To's may help you.
Personally, I don't journal in Fitday. I post my food in my journal here and use Fitday for the stats which I then copy and paste into my journal here. Not sure if that makes sense!
What I mean is, I hit "food" on Fitday and post my food intake there, not in their journal section.
