Default BFL & LC...A couple of questions

I've been thinking about combining the BFL workouts with my LC program. I've read most of the posts on doing this and was wondering if anyone has done this recently and has any feedback on what they think for me. I plan to buy the book but I'd rather not join a gym (I have a treadmill & some free weights of varying pounds). I understand you can really do this in the comfort of your own home. Has anyone had difficulty with doing any of the exercises at home?

Thanks for any feedback.

Hi Shasta! If you have dumbells and a treadmill you can definitely do this at home. I wish I had a treadmill at home during the winter time.

There are a couple of thread here that you can check out with information to help you. The one about cardio started by Crysania and another one started by Frederick. Check them out.

Good luck with BFL. If you need to know more just ask.

Default LC and BFL

Hi.

I did BFL last year but modified the eating plan to be pretty strict low carb, almost to the point of being Atkins induction.

I got down to less than 8 percent body fat and weighed in at 170 pounds at the end of the 12 weeks, adding about 8 pounds of muscle.

It really depends on what your goals are. I let my BF% hover between 10 and 12% these days and am on Atkins maintenance.

Good Luck!

Sean
