Well tonight I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. Hopefully tomorrow I will get some Tae Bo in there too. Here's hoping! 01/31/05

Tonight I walked 30 min on treadmill. I also did 27 min Tae bo workout. Wheew!!Glad I can still breath at this point.

Wow, I haven't been keeping up with my gym log like I should...bad me!
But, I have been faithfully doing Pilates and Tae Bo. I alternate them with days of walking on the treadmill. I plan on doing Tae Bo tonight. I feel so much better since I've kept up with this excersise routine! hope I stay on track!

Monday night: Tae Bo 27 min Workout
Goal to work out the rest of the week w/o skipping a day.

Tonight did Tae Bo Advanced 57 min workout. Let me just say-WHEEW!!!!
Can I get a witness? Has anyone else almost passed out in the middle of this thing or am I just that outta shape!??

I bet if I can keep doing this workout I have got to see some good toning results. If not, watch out BIlly Blanks(LOL)Kidding!

It's sooo cute, my two year old loves to watch the workout video too. She stands in front of the TV and does her best to do what they are doing? Who knows...maybe she's working on those abs early!
