I know, I'm terrible! I haven't been keeping my log up to date, but really and truely it is because I'm so busy. I haven't stoped going to curves. I go at least 3-4 times a week. I went 5 times this week and 4 last and I also have been doing Tony Littles Bunns and Thigh work out 2-3 times a week.
Well, just thought I'd touch base agian. hope to be back before the month is over. lol.

Ya, ya, I know, I've been a bad girl. It's been nearly a month since my last post in my gym log. But don't worry, I haven't been skipping out on the gym. I go at least 3x a week. I just don't have much time to write it. I also got a couple of friends to join the gym as well. lol, guess I talk about it too much.

I went on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. I didn't go tonight but I'm hoping to get back tomorrow night. I'll be working on Saturday so I wont get to go Saturday. But I'll be back again on Monday. Tonight I did my lower body exercise by Tony Little and went on the power rider for a little while. So, I still got my exercise. I wanted to take a nice walk after work today because it was so beautiful out but my daughter has been sick with the flue all day. poor girl. I had it Sunday and Monday. It was really bad. I hate the flue!

WELL! terrible, terrible, terrible me. I see I haven't posted in my gym journal for nearly a month. lol. But don't worry I still go to the gym at least 3x a week. I try to get there more often or do some streches or small exercise at home as well. I'm going to curves today too. I signed up for a challenge for March and have to go in at least 3x a week and lose 5 lbs or 5 inches in the month. Can't wait to see what happens.

Well, it's been ten days since my last post. lol, but dont worry. I have been to curves. I went 6 times last week. lol, and I've been there every day this week. Not sure if I'll get there tomorrow though, since it's my birthday. But we'll see.

Well, I didn't go to curves on Friday, my hubby took me out for supper and to the movies for my birthday, but I did get up early on Saturday and headed to the gym. And was back there tonight.

Holy cow! I see it's been a long time since my last post again, well, I am still going to curves at least 3x a week so don't worry about that. I have started adding a few more carbs to my diet as well, so losing isn't going as fast as it was but I'm happy were I am so I'm not disappionted about losing less or not at all some weeks. I went to curves this morning and will be back again on Monday.
