Yeah, a retarded meme takes place of my gym log title.
Anyway, I'm not doing anything special, all resistance training (no interval/cardio training, feel it's a waste of time).
Diet of today:
Lettuce, fennel, asparagus, with olive oil along with leftover lamb chop
Cashews, hazelnuts
Asparagus, veal chop
NYS steak
Exercises:
Dumbbell push presses supersetted with lat pulldown
Flyes supersetted with cable rows
Bench press supersetted with lat pulldown
All done in 5x7-8.
I've lost 5 lbs within the last 3 weeks, so yeah. I don't count calories, but I'm pretty sure with the fatty meats I'm eating, I'm willing to bet I'm above a 500 calorie deficit. Just a ponder.
Life:
= crap (I felt like putting this in, because, well, it will make my blog a bit more interesting, at least in my eyes, if not in yours, well too bad.)
