Yeah, a retarded meme takes place of my gym log title.
Anyway, I'm not doing anything special, all resistance training (no interval/cardio training, feel it's a waste of time). Diet of today: Lettuce, fennel, asparagus, with olive oil along with leftover lamb chop Cashews, hazelnuts Asparagus, veal chop NYS steak Exercises: Dumbbell push presses supersetted with lat pulldown Flyes supersetted with cable rows Bench press supersetted with lat pulldown All done in 5x7-8. I've lost 5 lbs within the last 3 weeks, so yeah. I don't count calories, but I'm pretty sure with the fatty meats I'm eating, I'm willing to bet I'm above a 500 calorie deficit. Just a ponder. Life: = crap (I felt like putting this in, because, well, it will make my blog a bit more interesting, at least in my eyes, if not in yours, well too bad.) |

So I had a water displacement test done yesterday, and I'm approximately ~ 9% bodyfat, w00t. Gym: Yesterday was a rest day. Today I did: Deadlifts 3x8 Barbell curls 5x8 Reverse dumbbell wrist curls supersetted with dumbbell wrist curls 4x8 Leg press: New benchmark = 420 pounds. Leg curls: New benchmark = 180 pounds. My thighs hurt. D: Diet: I haven't been able to eat much for the last two days due to just simply not being hungry enough, and often feel sick when I wake up. Hopefully I can start eating again tomorrow. Life: Pretty boring, have exams coming up. /wrists |
