Any advice helpful!
I go to the gym 4 days a week. Here is my routine:
30-40 mins on eliptical machine(burn 300-350cals)
45 minutes weight training:
inner thiegh-40lbs, 20reps
45lbs, 17 reps
50lbs, 13 reps
55lbs, 10reps
40lbs, 20 reps ( I use BFL weight training routine)
I do this same routine for outer thiegh, quads, gluts, shoulders, back, chest.
I do 2 sets 25 on the roman chair (abs)
I am 33 & weigh 135 5'2"
BF:31%
Am I doing enough? My problem areas are my thieghs, butt.
Any suggestions?
