I have been doing very well with walking since February. DH bought me a pass to the Wellness room, which has treadmills, bikes, stepperes and a nordick track ski machine.
I have been walking 1 1/2 miles three times a week. I will need to beef that up, tho. I joined a fun group that will "walk across Kansas" (423 miles) in eight weeks between the 6 of us. Which means I need to be walking (or equivilant exercise) about 9 miles a week.
So I walked 2 miles yesterday, during which I did some jogging! Wow for Me!
I'll try to keep track here of physical activity...
