Gym log for mb
I have been doing very well with walking since February. DH bought me a pass to the Wellness room, which has treadmills, bikes, stepperes and a nordick track ski machine.
I have been walking 1 1/2 miles three times a week. I will need to beef that up, tho. I joined a fun group that will "walk across Kansas" (423 miles) in eight weeks between the 6 of us. Which means I need to be walking (or equivilant exercise) about 9 miles a week. So I walked 2 miles yesterday, during which I did some jogging! Wow for Me! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: I'll try to keep track here of physical activity... mb |
I haven't been so hot at posting here either (as well as my personal journal) but I have been a faithful, at least three times/wk exerciser! I have been going about two miles at a wack. REALLY need to add some situps and resistance to see if I can get rid of this bulge around the middle (post C-section!).
I have joined this spring's annual "Walk Across Kansas" and that has been an incentive, as I have to log in my miles weekly with the team captain. mb |
