Hi,

I'm doing this for 2 months now. My induction lasted for about 4 weeks. After this time I just HAD to add some berries and veggies with higher carb content because I never used any sweeteners or Atkins products.
I believe Dr Atkins states you can be on Induction up to 2 months (hope I remember correctly) but it is VERY important to go to the other steps. I guess he doesn't want people to be trapped in crash diet mentality.
