Default How to maintian on CAD

Hi! I'm new to this list and the CAD WOE. I was on Atkins for 4 months and lost 30 lbs and now in the past 2 weeks have switched over to CAD. I love this WOE, but do not want to lose any more weight. With Atkins, you simply add carbs back to keep from losing and/or maintain. What about CAD? This is a successful weight lose plan for many, but can you eat this way long term? Is it possible to add more than 1 RM a day? (HA, I wish!) I look forward to learning alot about this woe! Thanks to anyone who can help!
