Yes, I agree. It doesn't take much sweet to make something sweet to me after LC. In fact, things that I thought that used to be 'normal' sweet are now very intense. Sometimes to the point of being sickening.

But, whenever I do crave something sweet, I make some lemonade with sacharrin/stevia. A little of these two sweeteners together goes a lot further than a lot of one of them.

Or, I'll make some almond flour cookies with a little honey heightened with stevia or sacharrin.

And, you know, you can make some pretty darned good pastries with Almond flour. I made a birthday cake with a little almond flour, a bunch of eggs and some honey. Came out great and fairly LC per piece. It's also great for those days where I'm carbing up a little. I alternate being LC on and off to keep my body guessing.

However, getting back to my original point. My sense of smell seems more heightened than my sense of taste. Although, both have intensified since LC.
