My vote would be to give it a little longer than the three weeks. The Hellers did not promise this to be a quick weight loss only that it should be fairly steady at a rate of 1/2 - 2 lbs. per week. At two weeks your range of loss would be from 1- 4 pounds. You have lost 31/2. You are well within the promised range.
I think you definately need to do what you are comfortable with, but if this is liveable for you and you enjoy the freedom at the RM, I think you're doing very well.
