Nuts are not unlimited - actually, they can stall you out big time (as I think they have done to me so I have stopped eating nuts for the time being to see if the scale moves again). You should limit your nut consumption to 1 oz per day at most. Nuts are great source of fat but yes, they are high in calories and you still need to watch the calories.
