Hello everyone, glad to see I am in such fine company and that I am not the only one with so much to loose. I am glad to find this way of eating and also this forum for support. I feel comfortable eating this way, it is really a lot easier for me and my way of life than anything else I have tried. I was talking to a friend of mine about a month ago, and he was going to have his stomach stappled - ugh. That just scared the heck out of me. I feel a lot happier doing this.

I have only been at it for four days, yet I awoke this morning actually feeling like doing something around the house. This is amazing. It feels like I have a new lease on life.
