With the Protein Power plan, you start at 30 grams if you are overfat by 20%. And believe me, it works quite well.
The Eades - very wisely in my opinion - never talk about ketosis or fooling around with Ketostix. But it happens.
The slow down in fat loss is natural and to be expected. Almost anyone who has reached their goal will tell you that. My thoughts are that the slide into maintaining your weight should be gradual because that's how you really learn how to make low-carbing stick as a way of life. Both Atkins and the Eades advise it.
