Default Hmm. perhaps

I had read something in Atkins Age defying diet about some activity being so intense that its actually killing you faster by increasing the stress on your body.
How many of us have seen the older guy that jogs/runs miles a day and he has great legs..but he has run so hard so long. and eaten basically so poorly his top half is wasting away.
I know I have had to slow down what I think I need to do
That is harder for me than comprehending why I need to be eating fat and less carbs.
Just supposing..
