Well, I sure appreciate all the good advice. I do NOT take any kind of medication at all for anything. (knock on wood!) . I feel fortunate for that. I think you are right, tofi, about those store machines. The readings really vary a lot. I will definitely visit with my nutritionist and have her take my bp. I don't know if I know how to do it myself. Spose I could learn, tho. Thanks!
