Wow, I haven't been keeping up with my gym log like I should...bad me!
But, I have been faithfully doing Pilates and Tae Bo. I alternate them with days of walking on the treadmill. I plan on doing Tae Bo tonight. I feel so much better since I've kept up with this excersise routine! hope I stay on track!
