i just bought some GNC protein shakes (100% whey protein) 20 gm of protein per shake and 4gm of carbs. they are good when I am on the go. does anyone know if the carbs are accurate. I do not want to run into the same thing as the low carb bars and really be eating 25 carbs a shake
